How do I track my order?
 

You will receive an email confirmation with your order number and then another once your shipping has started. Tracking number will be provided. Any further questions, please contact us. Guaranteed response within 48 hours. 

 

What are your delivery options?
Standard Shipping: 5-10 days
International Shipping: 15-25 days
How do I return/exchange an item?
Go to your email confirmation and see the link that states return order, and it will provide a shipping label for the item(s) you ordered. You will be able to ship your items back to our address located on your shipping label and be refunded. 

Do you provide International delivery?
 

Yes! We ship worldwide and shipping costs are determined based on this as well. 

 

What is your returns policy?
 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase/product, you may exchange for another one. We no longer accept returns or issue refunds.

 

You can exchange a product within 30 days from the date you purchased it. After 3o days, all sales are final.
